You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Representation of the client as the legally and economically responsible contractor for the implementation of construction projects
Project management for complex new construction and (general) renovations
Coordination of internal and external project participants
Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality as well as invoice verification
Independent decision-making on planning details, monitoring of implementation and ensuring information exchange within the team
Responsibility for tenders, awarding contracts and independent invoicing of subcontractor services
Ensuring future investment security of buildings through maintenance and upkeep
Coordination of various suppliers, craftsmen and service providers

Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture (structural engineering/industrial construction), building technology or equivalent
Professional experience in construction or in the planning and implementation of construction projects (industrial construction) desirable
Proficient in VOB, HOAI & AHO
Sound knowledge of project management and implementation
Strong communication skills, sensitivity in dealing with project participants, organizational skills, high cost awareness and negotiation skills
High customer orientation, experience with clients, independent and structured work
