Preowned Inventory:

Manage the life cycle of preowned units from the time of trade in or purchase until they are sold.
Oversee the process through service department including detail.
Photograph vehicle with 12+ photos.
Check listing for accuracy: miles, color, condition etc.
Manage weekly pricing based on age and value changes.

New Inventory:

Manage builds along with accessory installations.
Work with sales and service staff to get units up front and properly displayed.
Manage keys and packets.
Trim out inventory online daily, upload 12+ photos for all new units.
Build a library of photos for multiple similar units.
Manage sales floor and outside displays.
Manage hang tags for all units with sale pricing.

Monthly Physical Inventory:

Complete inventory at the first of the month.
Physically locate all units in stock.
Look for damage, units not on display, units not built etc.
Work with the service department to resolve issues.
Unit transfers process interstate unit transfers.
