    Job Description

    Job DescriptionAbout Pair Team

Pair Team is on a mission to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities by connecting them to high-quality care.

Pair Team cares for the highest-need Medicaid recipients through a community-led, virtual care model. We take responsibility for the whole person by addressing not just clinical needs, but also health-related social needs such as housing instability and food access. We partner with local community-based organizations like shelters and safety net providers to coordinate care alongside our multidisciplinary care team to improve the wellbeing of underserved individuals and communities with Arc, our data driven community health platform.

    Our Values

    • Lead with integrity: We keep our commitments and take responsibility for our actions. We are dependable and choose authenticity over perfection.
    • Embrace challenges: We leave our egos at the door and step forward into discomfort instead of back into safety. We help each other to learn and provide feedback using candor and kindness.
    • Break through walls: We go the extra mile for our patients, partners and one another, and we run toward hard things. We are resilient in our push for consistent improvement and challenge the status quo.
    • Act beyond yourself: We build each other up and respect boundaries. We seek first to understand and assume positive intent.
    • Care comes first: We hold ourselves to the highest standards for our patients. We are relentless in the pursuit of our mission, and ensure that we are taking care of ourselves in order to care for others.

    About the Opportunity

    • Develop artifacts to support the design process (eg, workflow diagrams, wireframes, user flows, UI design, and prototypes)
    • Own the direction and improvements of Pair Team's design system, balancing consistency and velocity improvements vs implementation cost
    • Set the bar for product experience quality for the product team both for projects you drive and the product experience as a whole
    • Conduct customer research and leverage data insights while leading the research and discovery phase of the product design process
    What You'll Need
    • 8+ years of experience in product design building digital product experiences
    • 2+ years of experience with an early-stage startup in product design
    • Experience partnering with operations stakeholders to improve complex workflows
