- Monitor patient's vitals and record them in their file
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling medical information
- Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
- Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
- Update patient records in a confidential manner
- Evaluate the patient's wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff
- Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
- Change dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly
- Move patients from wheelchairs, beds and gurneys
- Other Duties as assigned

Job DescriptionACI Federal Inc. is urgently hiring PRN LPNs on an ON-Call basis. We are staffing for PRN nurses for a large veterans home in Georgetown, OH. Need extra money? Are you in between contracts? You can pick up as many shifts as you would like to work If you are interested, please contact us for more information.
Responsible for providing basic medical attention to patients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a larger medical team at a veterans home. Their duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient's medical history and assisting patients with hygiene.
Essential Job Functions
Requirements :
Must have an active Ohio LPN license, BLS, Proof of Vaccines, and willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
