    • Description:

    The Marketing Coordinator of Facility Management Services collaborates with the Senior Manager of Operations and the Manager of Communications to support marketing and corporate strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate excels in graphic design, email marketing, and content creation. They are detail-oriented, proficient in editing and proofreading, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include contributing to marketing and communication strategies, operating independently in a complex environment, and assisting in developing and tracking key performance indicators.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Marketing & Branding
    • Developing unique content for various divisions and corporate support sites
    • Providing support for marketing plans and executing graphic design projects
    • Creating marketing content for education, announcements, and initiatives
    • Leading the maintenance and development of presentation decks and digital libraries
    • Communication Strategy Support
    • Maintaining communication templates and updating SharePoint sites
    • Monitoring program rollout timelines
    • People
    • Ensuring compliance with brand requirements and change management standards
    • Supporting managers through presentations and training
    • Coordinating education presentations and graphics
    • Creating internal reference guides
    • Assisting with job postings and requisitions
    • Other
    • Performing assigned duties and adhering to company codes and values

    Education & Experience:

    • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
    • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
    • 1-3+ years relevant technical experience preferred
    • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
