Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting any changes to the medical team
  • Assist in medical procedures such as gastric lavage and sterile processing
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in acute care settings
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems like Cerner
  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures and interpretation of results
  • Experience in CT scans and inhalation therapy
  • Familiarity with primary care practices and behavioral health interventions

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in sterile processing techniques
  • Ability to perform gastric lavage procedures
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards

Job Types:

$ $46.92 per hour
