- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
- Experience in industry as a Financial Analyst or from a public accounting firm (Advisory preferred, but Audit considered).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
