    Description
    PFC), Precision Mechanical Inc. (PEI) - separate, but complementary, business units.


    Established in 1964, PFC has served the process industry continuously since 1964 and has performed work in aerospace, the food and beverage industry, the energy (hydrogen, nuclear and fossil fuels) industry, for bulk gas suppliers, and for automakers.

    PFC specializes in the assembly of process and ground support equipment (skid mounted and modular construction) and specialty services, such as, precision cleaning of piping/tubing systems and components, passivation and component reconditioning and testing.

    PMI has been offering mechanical services to a wide array of government, industrial, commercial, and institutional customers since 1986.

    PMI installs process piping and equipment, plumbing and HVAC systems in hospitals, schools, airports/air bases, semiconductor manufacturing facilities and launch complexes.


    With strong financials, more than 200 employees, and 60,000 square feet of facilities located on 21 acres, the Precision Companies are ready to serve you.

    Combine knowledge of mechanical technology with knowledge of electrical and electronic circuitry to operate, test, and maintain unmanned, automated, robotic, or electromechanical equipment.


    Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a machine or a piece of equipment.

    Verify dimensions of parts, using precision measuring instruments.

    Inspect parts for surface defects.

    Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies.

    Use instruments to test the performance of electromechanical assemblies.

    Use soldering equipment and hand tools to install electronic parts and hardware.

    Operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment.


    Test and operate machines as well as document the tests performed and analyze and record the results of those tests.

    Install, maintain, and repair automated machinery and computer-controlled mechanical systems in industrial settings.

    Microsoft Word & Excel preferred.

    Ability to lift 51 pounds from floor to table height

    Must be able to physically position oneself on large parts and confined spaces
