We are an e-commerce company specializing in smartphone accessories. For over ten years, we have established ourselves as one of the most well-known online retailers in this field.

Your tasks:


  • Processing inquiries via email
  • Telephone contact with customers
  • Warranty processing and handling of returns
  • General office work

What you bring:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, are currently studying, or have already completed your studies
  • Focused and independent work is not a problem for you
  • Commitment and a high quality standard are just as natural for you as a high customer orientation
  • You place great value on good sentence structure and perfect spelling
  • You have no difficulties using Windows
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a must
  • Desirable but not mandatory are good computer skills and experience with ERP systems
  • Foreign language skills are also very welcome
  • It is important that you enjoy this type of work and always approach it with full enthusiasm
