Your Responsibilities:

As a member of the executive team (reporting directly to the management), you will have full responsibility for international service. In this role, you will be supported by a team of nearly 50 employees in service, hotline, spare parts, retrofits, and academy, whom you will lead, coordinate, motivate, and develop in a team-oriented manner. In addition to the traditional tasks of a service manager, you will develop and implement service strategies on a global level, optimize existing service processes, work closely with global sales and service partners, introduce new remote technologies, and always have a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dedicated and inspiring leader with a passion for service and customer satisfaction, as well as sustainable service.
