    Job Title: Front Desk Agent

    Job Description:

    • Provide a five-star welcome and departure experience to guests
    • Act as an ambassador during the guest's stay
    • Make a warm first impression, offer information about the hotel and local area, and provide upscale amenities
    • Settle guest accounts, address issues, and fulfill special requests

    Responsibilities:

    • Process guest check-ins and check-outs following Omni's Service standards
    • Listen to guest inquiries empathetically and respond appropriately
    • Set up guest accounts accurately based on preferences
    • Block rooms in the system and fulfill requirements
    • Communicate guest information to relevant departments
    • Maintain guest and hotel information confidentiality
    • Ensure security of guest room access
    • Execute Omni accounting standards for accurate folio settlement
    • Maintain guest history files
    • Handle room changes promptly
    • Document guest requests and issues for follow-up
    • Issue and secure guest safe deposit boxes
    • Handle guest faxes and reports
    • Resolve room status discrepancies with Housekeeping
    • Stay informed about hotel services, features, and promotions

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Efficient data input skills
    • Ability to collaborate with co-workers
    • Strong mathematical abilities
    • Quick decision-making and organizational skills
    • Work well under pressure with high volumes of arrivals and departures
    • Prior customer service experience
    • Preferred previous hotel front desk and cashiering experience
    • Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
    • Prior guest relations training is beneficial
