Projects will be throughout New York City, including renovations typically $3m—$20m in value and some ground-up/ core and shell projects.

Projects will be for a broad range of clients in the institutional, cultural, hospitality, higher education, and retail sectors.

About you:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Lead Project Manager role working on projects in New York City
Experience running projects in one or more of the following sectors: hospitality, higher education, retail, institutional, cultural, and/ or commercial interiors
Some experience in groundup construction is advantageous but not essential
College degree in construction management/ civil engineering/ architecture preferred but not essential

Pay:
$130, $160,000.00 per year
