- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Lead Project Manager role working on projects in New York City
- Experience running projects in one or more of the following sectors: hospitality, higher education, retail, institutional, cultural, and/ or commercial interiors
- Some experience in ground-up construction is advantageous but not essential
- College degree in construction management/ civil engineering/ architecture preferred but not essential
