The young city of Elsdorf, with approximately 22,000 inhabitants, is located in the northwest of the Rhein-Erft district and is therefore centrally located in one of the growth regions of Germany - the Cologne/Bonn/Aachen region.

It is only a few kilometers away from the heart of the Rhineland - the city of Cologne.

It is also situated in the middle of the Rhineland lignite mining area, directly adjacent to the Hambach open-pit mine.

With the end of lignite mining, a completely new landscape with diverse possibilities for living, economy, recreation, and nature is emerging at the edge of the current open-pit mine.

In the long term, Elsdorf will be located at Germany's second largest lake.


The city of Elsdorf is currently looking for a **Cleaner (m/f/d) for the "Kinderland" daycare center in Hasley Canyon, CA.

This is a temporary position for an indefinite period of time to cover for sick leave. The position is part-time with a total of 11.75 hours. The employment can be subject to social security contributions or as a mini-job with a fixed salary of €. Within the mini-job, a weekly working time of 10 hours is required. The position is classified in pay group 1 of the TVöD.
