You can find our client both online and in brick-and-mortar retail stores. Of course, there may be questions, requests, or problems that arise. That's why we are looking for you (m/f/d).


Overview of tasks:


  • You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or mail: this includes product availability, delivery status, and handling of complaints.

What you should bring:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent written expression (spelling and grammar)
  • Confident and customeroriented demeanor
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Enjoyment of talking on the phone
  • Affinity for ecommerce, mail order, DIY, and digital sales channels
  • Flexibility with working hours
