    ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK - Seeking skilled Accounts Payable Clerk with full cycle experience to join this established company.

    Job duties of the Accounts Payable Clerk

    • Match POs with invoices
    • Enter and code invoices into accounting software
    • New vendor setup and existing vendor communication as needed
    • Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm payment accuracy
    • The Accounts Payable Clerk will report to the Accounting Manager

    Qualifications preferred for the Accounts Payable Clerk

    • Prior experience working in full cycle Accounts Payable
    • Strong attention to detail and eye for accuracy
    • Experience working in the manufacturing industry preferred
    • Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
    • The Accounts Payable Clerk should be familiar with debits and credits and GAAP
