Overview:

Location:
Casnovia, MI

Working hours: 2-shift (3 days early, 3 days late, 3 days off)

Salary:
$ $26.27/hour + allowances depending on qualifications and length of employment


Responsibilities:

  • Selection and insertion of diamonds according to IOL type
  • Loading machines according to SOP for even utilization of the milling machine
  • Initiating machine run via scan, turning both sides of IOL on highprecision lathes, monitoring machine run and spray setting
  • Milling of haptics
  • Coating of processed acrylic blanks
  • Processing of sample lenses, i.e. calling up the corresponding turning program from existing programs and turning the sample lens
  • Resolving malfunctions through simple actions (e.g. pressing reset button, manually releasing visibly jammed gripper arms, changing tools), even in case of error messages from automated operation
  • Informing the TPM department of deviations, malfunctions or irregularities
