Team Leader (m/w/d) Field Service & Customer Support - Bigfoot, TX


Your tasks:

  • Leading, developing and coordinating employees in the Field Service & Customer Support department
  • Optimizing and developing the organizational unit
  • Supporting service employees in improving work processes
  • Selecting and training new service technicians
  • Coordinating and managing operational service business
  • Achieving team performance indicators (revenue responsibility, securing and developing service market share)
  • Actively supporting employees in complex tasks and critical projects
  • Continuously monitoring and developing internal processes and tools
  • Introducing and optimizing current and new systems, taking into account digitalization requirements

Your profile:

  • Completed engineering degree or technician with business knowledge and relevant professional experience, preferably in industrial automation
  • Strong leadership and employee development skills
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Assertiveness, independent and goaloriented work style, commitment and initiative
  • Experience with ERP systems and the MS Office package
  • Very good English skills
