- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Licensing: Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement and the ability to meet necessary medical certifications; minimum age of 21
- Physical Capabilities: Safely lift 35 pounds, handle frozen products using proper equipment
- Requirements: Clear background check, drug test, and compliance with DOT regulations
