What Your Day Will Look Like:

What You'll Do:

  • Welcomes and assists inperson visitors
  • Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls pleasantly and professionally
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes daily office mail
  • Assists and coordinates office events and meetings
  • Maintains electronic and paper files, records, and reports
  • Maintains office supplies and equipment inventory by checking stock and anticipating needed supplies
  • Receipt and expense report reconciliation
  • Scanning, uploading, filing, and reconciling various documents
  • Maintains company vehicle log and upkeep of vehicles
  • Ensures the proper presentation and upkeep of shared space and common areas, including reception area and kitchen
  • May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside assigned areas regarding administrative issues on purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations

What You'll Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in an administrative role
  • Proficient knowledge of MS

Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must maintain a positive, outgoing, and upbeat personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and initiative to identify needs and see them through to completion
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity daily
