We are currently looking for a
Personnel Administrator / HR Specialist (m/f/x) for our high-tech client at their location in Oberkochen, starting immediately or as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:


  • You will be part of a specialist team for working hours and absences, handling HR inquiries for managers and employees, and managing systemic working time processes through the IT ticket system.
  • You will implement various personnel measures in HR systems.
  • In coordination with HR experts, you will process inquiries and ensure smooth personnel processes.

Requirements:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You have gained experience in the HR field, preferably in operational support.
  • You have a structured way of working and ideally have knowledge of HR systems such as Workday.
  • You are customer and serviceoriented and have good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of English completes your profile.
