We are growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician in our property Crystal Woods Apartments located in Alexandria, VA.

What you will be doing

Prepare apartments for new move in's and complete "makeready" process of vacant apartments
Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas, including snow, bulk trash and debris removal when needed
Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
Required to take emergency pager/phone after hours and responds to emergency calls on a rotating schedule

What you will bring along

2 years experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
HVAC certification
Valid EPA/Universal certifications are highly desired
High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
