We are growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Maintenance Technician in our property Lockwood Apartments located in Silver Spring, MD.


What you will be doing

  • In charge of the daytoday maintenance of the property
  • Prepare apartments for new move in's and complete "makeready" process of vacant apartments
  • Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas, including snow, bulk trash and debris removal when needed
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment

What you will bring along

  • 3+ years of experience with painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and plumbing
  • High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
  • Valid EPA/Universal certifications are highly desired
  • HVAC certificate is highly desired
  • Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
