- Manage and handle a caseload of Construction Defect cases (Developer/Defense only) and/or Casualty/Personal Injury cases (Defense only).
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
- 3+ years of recent experience in Construction Defect and/or Casualty/PI Defense.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in the state of California.
