    Digital Marketing Specialist

Our team is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance the rental experience. We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, and display advertising.

    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
    Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B or B2C tech solutions.

    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools, PPC platforms and tools).

    Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    Experience in software and ecommerce.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Certification and or deep knowledge and understanding in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
    Previous experience in the proptech and/or ecommerce industry a plus.
