    The role of

    Operations Leadership Training Manager


    is responsible for training and developing new and existing Practice Managers to deliver efficient day-to-day center operations of a multi-physician cosmetic surgery practice.

    You will build and execute training and development plans to ensure our operations leaders are providing a great patient experience, a strong and healthy center culture, an environment of outstanding clinical care, and producing stellar results against our business KPIs.

    You will need a passion for training, team member development, and a devotion to cultivating passionate leaders.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Development, delivery, and oversight of operations leadership training (including structure, content, tools, and metrics).
    Building, implementing, and supporting the Practice Manager Mentor program to scale the training team's impact at a national level.
    Implementing & supporting high quality onboarding for Sono Bello operations leadership roles.
    Liaison with Field Leadership to build, implement, and track all new Practice Managers initial training program.
    Leveraging feedback to continuously improve Leadership training effectiveness.

    As the "voice of the field" advocate for center Practice Managers to the National Support Organization (corporate); identifying tools, programs, or processes that could lead to a better team member experience, patient experience, or business impact at the national level.

    Ensure launched company initiatives are incorporated into training materials and delivered to reinforce changes/new processes & tools.
    Driving team metrics each month to prove ROI against training efforts and resource investments.
    Participate in field operations leadership talent reviews as well as corporate recruiting team reviews.
    This role requires travel up to 50-75% based on business needs.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
    3+ years in Sono Bello Field and/or Leadership Roles.
    2+ years in a Trainer Role and/or executing training and development of team members.
    Experience in training on a variety of roles and levels.
    Demonstrated experience leading teams and building development plans.
    Passion for developing people and teams.
    Ability to build strong relationships across functions and roles.
    Skilled with change management & fosters adaptability.
    Highly effective trainer.
    Excellent verbal and written communication.
    Strategic planning.
    Empathy & Transparency.
    Bias for action.

    COMPENSTATION:
    At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
