Description
Training as a Business Management Assistant (m/f/d) at a StartupBehind every successful company is a team of employees who work behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations. As a Business Management Assistant, your work will primarily involve using computers and phones as communication tools with customers and colleagues.
You will have regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Your tasks will include responding to emails, monitoring incoming payments, scheduling appointments, writing business letters, preparing meetings, and more.
After 2 years of dual vocational training, you can choose a specialization from a wide range of options, making this one of the most popular training programs in Germany. For your final year, you could specialize in areas such as logistics or human resources.
What will you learn by the end of this training?
- Optimal design and organization of office and business processes
- Coordination and processing of appointments
- Order processing and follow-up
- Use of internal communication systems
- Functions and processes in the departments of accounting, personnel management, and dispatch
What do you need for this training?
- At least a secondary school diploma, preferably a high school diploma
- Excellent German language skills and written expression
- Organizational skills
