- Designs and executes company-wide talent management initiatives and strategies.
- Oversees and guides talent strategy with industry-leading insights to meet evolving business demands.
- Aligns with key stakeholders to define current and future skill needs from the competency model and develops tailored talent management strategies.
- Partners with leadership to drive talent assessment and succession planning in their departments.
- Engages with human resources teams to execute talent management projects, including recruitment, learning and development, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Leads comprehensive annual Performance Management Process, ensuring effective communication, training, and support for employees and management.
- Directs calibration process with human resources business partners, prepares meetings with leadership, and manages follow-up actions.
- Optimizes the Performance Management Process and tools to foster employee growth and development.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of human resources talent management experience.
- Prior experience in managing talent and performance management projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and human capital management talent systems.

Position Summary
