You will be travelling Nationwide
Compensation: $3000 per week
We are seeking the ideal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
When conducting Disability Assessments, you will review medical records digitally via a web portal and perform a focused, face-to-face physical examination on each Veteran.
You will electronically record the examination findings needed by the VA through the web portal.
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant DOES NOT make disability determinations. The United States Veterans Administration is responsible for all disability determinations.
This role STRICTLY involves conducting Disability Assessments on Veterans. You will NOT provide medical treatment or prescribe medication in this role.
This position carries out Disability Assessments on an average of 3-5 Veterans per day.
This is an IN-PERSON role.
Travel specifications:
We would require a commitment of at least two weeks of travel each month.
Travel to designated location on Sunday evenings, returning home city on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings.
