You will have the chance to travel across the country
Compensation: $3000 per week
We are searching for the right Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits evaluation process.
When conducting Disability Assessments, you will electronically review medical records via a web portal and conduct a focused, face-to-face physical examination on each Veteran.
You will then electronically record the examination findings required by the VA through the web portal.
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant DOES NOT play a role in making disability determinations. All disability determinations are made by the United States Veterans Administration.
This role strictly involves conducting Disability Assessments on Veterans. There will be NO provision of treatment or medication prescription in this position.
This position involves conducting Disability Assessments on an average of 3-5 Veterans per day.
This is an IN-PERSON role.
Travel expectations:
We require a commitment to a minimum of two weeks of travel per month.
Travel to the designated location on Sunday evening, returning to your home city on Friday evening or Saturday morning.
