- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality standards and regulations compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between the Fabrication and CAD teams by facilitating communication, ensuring alignment, and bridging the gaps between these two crucial teams.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Review flat prints for any errors or inaccuracies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities, including audit findings, corrective actions, quality reports, and lessons learned documentation.
- Communicate quality-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
