    We are seeking senior-level

    Marketing Director

    with proven

    hands-on expertise


    in:
    At least two digital marketing channels
    Creating strong copy for marketing campaigns
    Creating effective marketing strategies
    Team leadership skills to improve team's performance and ensure client marketing goals are met
    Forward facing in sales meeting and ability to create value-driven proposals
    Trouble shoot marketing campaigns and train team members to improve performance
    Creating reports and presenting them in stakeholder management meetings

    This is for a

    full-time, remote-work-at-home position

    as our headquarters are in the US.

    We do
    require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

    Requirements & Responsibilities :
    Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience
    Hands-on Expertise in at least two marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO, media buys, Affiliate, etc.
    Proven expertise in creating effective marketing strategies and reports
    Proven ability to lead teams and improve marketing performance
    Effective time management skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects
    Strong marketing copywriting skills is CRITICAL
    Proven ability to manage teams and budgets
    Professional and proactive work ethic
    High competence in project and stakeholder management
    Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
    Able to work EST hours work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks)
