    Position Overview:
    Kent Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

    The Director of Marketing will oversee all aspects of marketing, including social media management, website development, SEO optimization, proposal creation, digital advertising, and event planning.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Manage all social media channels, including content creation, engagement strategies, and performance analysis.
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it reflects the brand identity and effectively communicates key messages.
    • Lead SEO efforts to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
    • Create and enhance proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and prospects.
    • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences and drive lead generation.
    • Organize and execute networking events to foster relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
    • Experience with website management and content management systems (CMS).
    • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
    • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
