    *More than any other area of nursing, hospice care allows you to foster a bond with patients and their families that is unlike any other. Many ways to care.
    • It takes a special person to deliver the skill and compassion needed for hospice care. Ohio Living also offers home health nursing or nursing at our residences, should you wish to explore new areas.
    * *Rewards include mileage reimbursement.

    *With an assigned roster of visits, you'll provide ongoing assessment and end-of-life nursing care to patients in homes and skilled nursing facilities throughout several counties. That includes developing care plans, providing treatment and working closely with patients and families. Current Ohio RN nursing license and one year of acute care or medical-surgical experience

    • Experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency and knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
    • Reliable vehicle (you'll use your own car), valid driver's license, insurance and acceptable driving record
