- Start of Care and Introductions with Clients and Caregivers as needed
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and documentation
- Covering open clients as needed
- Assisting in office with phones and various office duties as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards for care and documentation
- Provide support and assistance to the operations team as needed
- STNA REQUIRED
- At least 1 year of experience in home care or a healthcare setting
- Experience with scheduling and coordinating care services preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA regulations
- Proficient in using technology and computer programs, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background and drug screening
- Must have a compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors and their families

Senior Helpers - Dayton is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Coordinator to join our team in providing high-quality home care services to seniors in the Dayton, Ohio area.
As a coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' needs are met by covering open schedules and introducing new caregivers.
This individual contributor role provides a competitive hourly wage of $17 per hour and offers biweekly pay.Compensation & Benefits:
