    Job Title: Remote Licensed Sales Agent

    Job Description: Join as a Remote Licensed Sales Agent with a base salary of $37,000, along with limitless commission and bonuses. The total compensation ranges from $69,000 to $87,000, where top performers net over $100,000 yearly.

    Hours: From Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM (PST).

    Job responsibilities include:

    • Carrying out outbound and inbound sales calls
    • Composing emails and text messages
    • Cross-selling to existing clients
    • Achieving set targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
    • Engaging in professional growth and training

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in insurance sales
    • Possession of a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state
    • Hold non-resident licenses or display the capability and readiness to obtain them
    • Reliable and stable internet connection
    • Solid comprehension of technology
    • Effective time management abilities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Driven by a desire for success
