    Job Description

    Established, 20 year+ law firm specializing in Business Law, Employment Law and Civil Litigation in Glendale is seeking an Employment Attorney to work in a collaborative environment representing clients confronted with complex legal challenges.

    The ideal candidate will have experience handling individual matters, as well as class action and PAGA lawsuits.

    We take great pride in what we do and strive to provide a challenging and rewarding environment with excellent benefits, including an incentivized bonus structure, paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, as well as a partner track.

    Our ideal candidate requires a minimum of 3 years' employment law experience and is a current member of the California Bar in good standing. You must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple cases with one-hundred percent focus, as well as operate against competing deadlines. You must also be accurate and timely with billing.

    We are team oriented firm where communication is paramount. If you are not able to excel in a team environment, work diligently with staff, our clients and be able to work independently if necessary, you will not fit into our culture.
