- Represent employers in employment litigation matters with a focus on defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage & hour violations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, draft compelling legal documents, and negotiate settlements.
- Prepare for and potentially litigate cases before courts and administrative agencies.
- Manage caseload proactively and efficiently.
- J.D. degree and active membership in the State Bar of California.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in employment litigation defense (10+ years preferred).
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Experience with class action and PAGA claims is a plus.
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required.
