    We are looking for ​a Collection Specialist to join our team You will be responsible for reconciling accounts and collection of unpaid balances.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research and resolve account discrepancies
    • Contact customers with overdue accounts for collections
    • Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
    • Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in billing, customer service, and reconciliation
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Experience with collection in the Construction Industry a must
    • Experience with Sage Mas preferred but relevant experience will be considered.
