Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Deliver a structured program that helps to properly execute our services sold by SEKO
  • Establish a central point of contact for these client(s)
  • Client advocate within SEKO
  • Provide SEKO (Commercial, Client Solutions Group (CSG), Operations, and Management) with direction and support to drive & develop business which provides consistency in service and pricing.
  • Build relationships with existing and new clients to gain knowledge and strategic information to uncover new business; understand pain points, influence decisions, and provide value added opportunities
  • Ability to successfully onboard or reonboard new and existing clients, from start to finish, by creating a clear roadmap on scope of services sold, rates sold, product sold, by creating a comprehensive SOP/IOP
  • Submit Non-Disclosure, Contractual, Master Service, and other required Agreements to legal and other departments for review as required
  • Develop, conduct, and manage QBR's (Quarterly Business Review) with clients
  • Provide assistance on Accounts Receivables for clients by working with operations, finance, etc. and escalate as needed
  • Work closely with product pricing team and bid team on pricing
  • Through the CRM Account Plan template; provide a weekly/monthly recap of current business/ hot topics, areas of concern, business review calendar and weekly AR items over 60 days
  • Work with SEKO Marketing team to provide case study information on creative solutions/cost saving initiatives for your clients
  • Travel may be required based on business needs
  • Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Cooperate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, internally and externally using a variety of styles to address a wide range of needs and audiences, including market updates. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Requires a high degree of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum

  • 510 years' logistics industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Indepth knowledge of freight forwarding business and understanding of supply chain logistics
