Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
Manage Internal/External Business Relationships
- Build network relationships at the required levels within the customers organization
- Travel, as necessary, to meet SEKO offices, customer offices & customers to establish & maintain systems & procedures.
- Identify areas of customers business that require delegation to implants, operations, and accounts and/or escalation to management or account sponsors for resolution or development
- Develop and maintain an Account Plan & Strategy to compliment the business objectives of SEKO and the customer
- Systematically record, progress, and finalize all agreed customer deliverables
- Maximize opportunities for extending product/service offerings.
- Design and deliver innovative bespoke supply chain solutions to lock in the client
- Participate in Account Management, Operational & Seko Cross divisional forums to identify new areas for customer development and deployment
- Engagement with Seko product owners to keep in touch with market conditions in relation to customers business with Seko. Develop long term relationships at all levels within the Clients, suppliers and SEKO internal teams
- Produce tariffs at the start of each month, or otherwise as required
- Deliver target profit margins and year over year growth objectives
- Engage with customer debtor reports and query logs. Where appropriate, intervene and aid the process of ontime payments as outlined in position objective
- Create global Standard Operating procedures, monitor compliance
- Agree on Key Performance Indicators with customer, measure and evaluate
- Identify trends/problems/potential solutions
- Agree problem escalation process with customer
- Produce / review reports & data
- Ownership and management of client improvement projects.
- Reporting on status of each project in line with agreed target achievements.
- As identified and agreed with SEKO Management
- Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Cooperate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
