Our goal is to solidify and expand our strong position, and for this we are currently seeking a full-time Officer (m/f/d) Card Processes in the Card Business
to join our team in Eastborough, KS as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for independently managing and monitoring external service providers in the credit card business, particularly processing service providers and card production.
You will have technical and functional responsibility for credit card systems, including parameterization, as well as interfaces between internal and external systems.
You will manage the release planning on the processing service provider's side and be responsible for coordinating with the bank's IT department.
You will independently create process documentation and develop work instructions and regulations.
You will design and support the execution of functional tests for all cardrelated topics.
You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions to optimize process organization.
You will support the implementation of agile projects for product and distribution channel development and take on subprojects.

Your profile:

You have a degree in business, finance, or a technical field.
You have extensive experience in the banking sector, with a focus on card business, or in IT management or IT organization/process management.
You have a strong knowledge of credit card processing.
You have experience in project management or relevant experience in consulting, preferably in the financial services industry.
You have excellent analytical skills, even in complex situations.
