Must have valid Driver's License, 3 years verifiable driving history and clean driving record
Patriot Pool and Spa continues to expand its footprint in Southlake, TX and surrounding areas-offering growth opportunities and job security to interested applicants.
Job Duties
Test water and add chemicals as needed
Empty skimmers and pump strainer
Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor
Brush steps, walls and tiles
Skim debris off surface
Check pool equipment
Backwash filters
Record work performed
Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications
Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Able to pass a pre-employment background check
Valid Driver's License, 3 years verifiable driving history and clean driving record
Dependability and trustworthiness
Attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems
Proper swimming pool cleaning methods and techniques
Proper use of swimming pool chemicals
Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload
Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers
Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds
Stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work outdoors during all seasons

Compensation – This salaried position is paid weekly. You will be provided paid on-the-job training and all the tools to be successful. Starting pay will depend on experience. $35K-$43k
