Service technician - Dalworthington Gardens, United States - Spectrum Industries
Description
My client is a globally operating company in the field of industrial image processing and automation and is looking for you to expand their team in Dalworthington Gardens.
Responsibilities
- Problem analysis, repair, and maintenance of our systems in Germany and Europe, as well as occasional worldwide travel
- Commissioning and training
- Creation of related documents and documentation
- Independent work - both at the customer's site and at the company headquarters in Würselen near Aachen or from a home office
Qualifications
- Completed training in electronics / electrical engineering / mechatronics or equivalent qualification
- Thorough knowledge of the latest industrial PC hardware and Windows operating systems
- Several years of professional experience in field service with industrial customers desirable
- Good manners
- High commitment to solving technical problems
- Manual dexterity
- Willingness to travel for several days (mainly Mon to Fri)
- Flexibility and resilience
- Good knowledge of English
