Your Responsibilities:

Your job at UZE

  • Together with your team, you are responsible for marketing our advertising spaces, such as our smart taxi roof boxes.
  • You provide advice to your clients over the phone and in person on efficient advertising opportunities. Your area of responsibility is Hamburg.
  • You manage media agencies and advertising brands.
  • You recruit your own sales team for the Hamburg area and its surroundings.
  • You lead and train your team and ensure that you reach your sales targets.
  • You ensure longterm and valuable customer loyalty through regular presentations and maintaining your network.
  • You independently identify new markets, trends, and revenue potentials through research and competitor observation.
  • You work closely with the inside sales team to develop customeroriented solutions.

Your Profile:

  • You have experience in sales, preferably with a proven track record in building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • You have initial leadership experience and can motivate and develop your team.
  • You have a strong regional network and are eager to expand your personal network.
  • You convince your clients through strong communication skills and competent advice whether on the phone, via email, or in person.
  • You are skilled in negotiation and have the ability to assert yourself and think analytically, both in terms of leading your team and maintaining customer relationships.
  • You are characterized by a goaloriented and solutionoriented way of working and bring a high level of initiative.
  • You have nativelevel proficiency in spoken and written German
