Description

Your task will be the independent handling of projects in turnkey construction, including the following activities:

Participation in the preparation of offers
Work preparation with scheduling and monitoring
Examination and compliance with the construction contract
Negotiation with clients as well as architects, specialist consultants and authorities
Accompaniment of the tendering and awarding of subcontractor trades
Planning, scheduling and quality control during the construction process
Coordination of subcontractors and daily construction site operations
Management of project-related correspondence
Participation in acceptance procedures and documentation

You are a civil engineer with a completed degree and have several years of professional experience. In addition to negotiation skills, assertiveness and willingness to work in a team, we expect independent work and appropriate resilience. You are familiar with dealing with clients, architects, subcontractors and construction site personnel.
