Possess a track record of success managing contracts of $10MM+, eradicating costly change orders and ensuring accurate/timely project billing.
Profoundly organized and detail oriented when overseeing multiple projects with evolving priorities.
A diplomatic problem solver with initiative and strong business acumen.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and takes ownership of tasks and deadlines.
Highly adaptable, can pivot and prioritize multiple objectives concurrently.
Possess 7+ years of construction management (required).
