    Job Summary: The role involves overseeing on-site construction activities within allotted subdivisions. This includes monitoring construction phases, coordinating schedules, and conducting inspections to ensure each home meets high-quality standards and customer satisfaction aligned with company objectives.

    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Estimates timeframes for various construction phases, ensuring deadlines are met by scheduling subcontractor tasks and managing progress.
    • Acts as a liaison between operations, subcontractors, and vendors, overseeing their work and ensuring timely completion.
    • Conducts daily inspections during construction phases to maintain quality control, monitoring the use of materials, tools, and machinery.
    • Reviews blueprints to ensure compliance with specifications, conducting pre-construction and pre-settlement meetings with buyers.
    • Controls production costs by approving time sheets and monitoring expenses to prevent overruns.
    • Provides training to subordinates and subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols and company policies.
    • Supervises team members and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
    • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as needed.
    Requirements

    Minimum Education Experience:
    The ideal candidate should be a high school graduate with relevant coursework and at least four years of related experience, including supervisory roles. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes is essential.

    Skills And Abilities

    The candidate should possess adaptability, decisiveness, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for interacting with various stakeholders. Proficiency in maintenance, carpentry, blueprint reading, and tool usage is required.

    Work Conditions

    The role may involve exposure to challenging environmental conditions and certain health risks. Travel may be required, necessitating a valid driver's license.
