    About the Opportunity

    The AR Associate is an essential piece to Eagle Rock's success as it supports the Accounts Receivable department. This position is responsible for maintaining accounts receivable, route reconciliation and various other administrative duties as assigned. This position is currently based in the Denver location until we consolidate to our Loveland branch.

    Specific job duties include:

    • Responsible for delivery route reconciliation & retailer mail in checks. Creates deposit records in Encompass for both Provi Pay and Fintech. Scan and upload all proof of delivery paperwork DSDs and signed hot shots into Encompass.
    • Run daily accounts receivable reports and work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads to resolve past due balances.
    • Communicate with our sales team and customer retailers to collect receivables and resolve discrepancies.
    • Participate in weekly accounting team meetings to discuss any new processes and current status of AR.
    • Responsible for file maintenance of daily reconciliation.
    • Review, Scan an upload A-B BOLs to ER finance archives and attach BOLs to Encompass purchases daily. Scan All Other Non A-B BOLs to CO Accounting Inventory Payables daily.
    • Research and resolve all account discrepancies

    About Us

    The history of Eagle Rock Distributing Company goes all the way back the Prohibition Era, selling non-alcoholic beer and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Quite a bit has changed since then and today we distribute a wide-array of premium and craft beers, cider, import beers, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and local products out of our locations in Georgia and Colorado. One thing that hasn't changed since our start in 1930, however, is our unwavering commitment to our employees and loyal customers.

    Eagle Rock entered the Colorado market in late-2020, assuming distribution operations for Anheuser-Busch products across the state. Today, we have over 500 employees in the state, operating out of 7 locations, and continue to welcome new positions to support our growth in the state.

    Compensation, Benefits and Application Window

    Compensation range: $21.00- $24.00 per hour + $2,000 potential annual bonus

    (Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)

    This position is eligible for the following benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Basic AD&D Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, Spousal Life Insurance, Child Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401(k) with company match.

    The Company provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
