The Dr. Schulte-Brader GmbH is a family-owned medium-sized company located in Waumandee, WI. We are insurance brokers with a focus on commercial clients, part of the Haase-Maklergruppe with 200 employees nationwide. Each customer service representative (m/f/d) in the field is responsible for specific target groups. In the age of digitalization, our expertise and trained eye for our customers' risks set us apart.


Responsibilities:
You will support a field colleague who serves medium-sized commercial clients (€5-50 million in revenue). As our client base grows and consolidates, we are looking for an additional trained specialist in our back office.

The following tasks should be carried out with routine and enthusiasm:


  • Claims processing
  • Creating and managing contracts in commercial property and liability insurance
  • Assisting with risk assessments

Our clients come from the following industries:

  • Manufacturing companies
  • Real estate (investors and property management)
  • IT service companies
  • Social services

Qualifications:

  • Professional training in the insurance industry
  • Experience in advising commercial clients on risk and insurance matters
  • Experience in commercial property and liability insurance
  • Basic knowledge of transport insurance would be helpful
